Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch (€12.95 shipping fee)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over €50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking for better visibility of your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our specialized fishing equipment shop. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Return Conditions
- Return Period: 15 days from receipt of goods
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and accessories
- Return Shipping: Customer pays unless item is defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following fishing products:
- Handgefertigte Köder (Handcrafted lures)
- Gummiköder (Soft baits if unpackaged)
- Fliegen (Flies)
- Boilies, Baits & Groundbait
- Eisfischen Köder (Ice fishing bait)

Our customer service will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and (if applicable) a return label.
- Package and Ship
Pack items carefully in original packaging with all tags and accessories. We recommend using insured shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- For refunds: We’ll process within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item promptly
